SPOCO Entries & Start Sheets AdminYou should appear on the start sheet as soon as you book. Availability of places: Preference is given to Beds Road CC members, if an event is over-subscribed. Of the Beds Road CC entries, preference will be given in order of date and time booked, with early bookers getting preference over late bookers, if still over-subscribed. If you are sure you have booked, but don't appear on the start sheet, please contact Graham on webmaster@bedsroad.org and I'll try to sort it out for you. Start sheets are finalised on the day before the event, when bookings will close. Book early to avoid disappointment! When you sign on, you will need to agree to the standard CTT event terms. We have clarified them below in plain English, but we will have the original CTT terms at the sign-on desk.  These events are run on behalf of CTT under its Rules & Regulations, which are available in this year's CTT Handbook. I am familiar with the Rules & Regulations and will obey them and will take part in the Drug Testing Programme if I am asked to. I am not under suspension by CTT nor any of its partners. As a participant, I accept the decisions of the event promoter in all aspects of the event, subject to any rights of appeal in CTT's rules. I understand that the event is held on public or private property and roads and that I take part at my own risk. I will not hold the property owner or anyone with an interest in the property, the promoting club, its officers, officials, event helpers, CTT or any club affiliated to them or any member of such club liable for any injury, loss or damage suffered by me because of the event, however caused. I confirm that I will observe the rules and conditions of this event, which I have been made aware of. I CONFIRM THAT I HAVE READ ALL THE SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE START SHEET AND/OR DISPLAYED AT THE SIGNING-ON POINT. I ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT CTT REQUIRES THAT I HAVE FRONT AND REAR WORKING LIGHTS FITTED DURING THE EVENT AND THAT I WEAR A HARD SHELL HELMET THAT MEETS AN INTERNATIONALLY ACCEPTED SAFETY STANDARD (SUCH AS BSEN1078 or SNELL 90 - BRCC comment). Please pay by contactless card if possible, £5 for members, £6 for non-members or late bookers and £2 for juniors. The first rider sets off 1 minute past the hour. Your allocated bib number tells you how many minutes past the hour you will start. N/A means we don't have any data for you yet, to allow us to work out a target. Once we get results for you, you will have a target for future events. Each rider will be set off individually, 1 minute apart. Your personal start time will be set the day before the event.
