How To Get Involved In Cycle Time Trialling from Steve Feeney on Vimeo.

We are a very active time trialling club, with 14 events on Thursday evenings from April and 14 on Sunday mornings in our SPOCO series. SPOCO stands for Sporting Course, which means the event is run on rural, undulating courses with a lot of variety, rather than a boring flat straight course.
